PGCAP CMgr CMI J.D.), professor of law in England and Wales since 2017 (Huddersfield University), is professorial fellow of Advance HE (York, UK), and has been Professor (full) of business law and regulation (ECU University, Australia, 2020) and Professor (full) of banking and financial law (Beijing Institute of Technology, Hong Kong area, 2022). Prior to this, he was for nine years Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor of Heriot Watt University (Edinburgh). A Notary Public in Edinburgh, and a Solicitor in the UK, and Avvocato in Italy. Professor de Gioia Carabellese has been also visiting professor/scientist/ researcher/scholar/lecturer in several institutions (e.g. Complutense, Leiden,Warsaw School of Economics).
